Throughout this course, you will step into the role of a Board member at Andromeda International School, a fictional international school with 280 students. The school is invented; the governance challenges reflect real international-school situations.
You will meet situations involving school leadership, parents, finances, educational priorities and difficult decisions. There is not always one perfect answer. What matters is understanding your responsibilities and making well-informed governance decisions.
